Defining plan for grater effectiveness & efficiency of payroll operation. Coordinating with Different Clients/Locations for Required data and documents.
Checking Output like Salary Calculation, Statutory Deduction ,TDS.
Should be skillful in managing overall profitability of operations/payroll & accountable for strategic utilization and deployment of available resources to achieve organizational objectives, Possesses abilities in cementing healthy relationship with corporate clients for generating and augmenting business.
Overlooking the payroll team, Productivity of team and their performance
Maintain team attrition to the minimum. Commercial support in terms of billing, collections and Branch expenses.
Converting customer grievances to satisfaction with acting upon the cases and providing ultimate resolution by assisting customer issue.
Required Candidate profile:
B. Com Graduate with experience of having worked in a staffing agency and handled payroll function.
