Responsible for release of monthly HR MIS and maintaining employee data base in a manner which ensures data integrity, accuracy and ease of retrieval.
Provide basic payroll processing and also the statutory administration services with regard to the employment.
Processing of F&F of all exited employee and issue relieving letter / service certificates.
Coordinate activities related to roll out of compensation and benefits strategy for the Company.
Timely payroll processing, offer generation and prepare MIS reports.
Handling employee queries on any compensation related parameters.
Required Candidate profile:
Education Qualification- Graduation
Good Communication skills
Excellent MIS & MS Excel skills
Should be well versed with payroll processing parameters & data preparation
Should have handled Payroll for at least 200+ employees.
Should have hands on experience of working on payroll software.
