Mr Radhakrishna Shete founded RKHS & Consolidated Services Limited in the mid-60s, initially to cater to marine catering and ship chandling services in India. At the time, it had an estimated equivalent of US$1 billion (at PPP), 30,000 staff across 1,700 locations, and 400 client companies across Healthcare, Education, Industries, Oil & Gas, Mining, Construction, and Defence.
In the mid-70s, Mr Raju Shete assumed company management and expanded operations to cover Food, Supply Chain, People Management, Energy, and Integrated Facilities Management (IFM).
